In addition to parts, materials, and components, Trident provides a wide variety of services and assistance to the international space community. The effort may begin early in the design phase, when decisions directly affect performance, lifetime, reliability and overall success of the spacecraft. Trident provides expert support throughout design, development and manufacturing and include procurement and Quality Assurance of high reliability components, parts and materials. Sevices continue through integration, assembly and test long after we have supplied the items to build the spacecraft.

In the early design phases of a program, Trident assists our customers with mission radiation studies, derating requirements, and recommendations for parts and materials. We work with our customers to achieve a program that meets their needs for reliability, performance and budget. As the detail design progresses, Trident makes specific recommendations for part, material, and process changes.

Once the components, parts and materials are selected for the design, Trident manages the procurement including Quality Assurance surveillance & inspection. Trident selects manufacturers, defines the manufacturing and testing requirements, places orders to project requirements, performs source surveillance, provides technical assistance, works directly with the manufacturer to solve problems, and performs Quality Assurance inspections and analysis.

After receipt of the components, parts and materials, Trident performs receiving inspection, conducts any special testing or studies, analyses all data, kits for each user, and handles all shipping and export tasks. Full traceability and documentation are maintained at Trident through launch and mission activities.
After shipment to the customer or end user, Trident Components International is fully supportive throughout AI&T and launch, including problem resolution and failure analysis.
